The student should click “Forgot username or password?” on the login screen and supply their Woodmont College email address.
A link will be sent to the student to reset their password.
If they continue to get the invalid login error, it’s possible that their moodle account was disabled (due to inactivity for a long period of time.)
If that is the case, the registrar should make their account active through Site Administration -> Users -> Browse list of users. Unmark the eye icon next to the student’s name.
