CreditUnite© is a service that Woodmont College provides non-Woodmont College students who wish to combine all of their credits into an organized and unified transcript. CreditUnite© will produce one transcript that lists all the credits, indicating each credit source. This service is great if you have multiple sources of credit and wish to present your higher education journey in a neat and professional manner.
CreditUnite© is available only to students who are not currently enrolled in or have graduated from Woodmont College. If you are a current Woodmont College student and would like your college transcript, please click here. The non-Woodmont credits must come from sources accepted towards obtaining a Woodmont College degree, see examples below.
Professional experience and certificate courses which don’t have college-level credit will not be included in the CreditUnite© transcript. Any non-Woodmont course that received a grade of an F will not be included in the CreditUnite© transcript. In order for a course to be included on your CreditUnite© transcript, you must have received a grade of C- or above.
Non-Woodmont students can also request that certain courses not be included in the CreditUnite© transcript. Transcripts from international (non-American) institutions must be translated (if necessary) and evaluated by an outside company such as ECE.
The transcript will indicate clearly that this is not a Woodmont College transcript, but a consolidated transcript provided by Woodmont College. The transcript will state “A CreditUnite© transcript is a service provided by Woodmont College. The credits listed on the Woodmont College CreditUnite© transcript are credits that are considered college-level credit. This is not a Woodmont College transcript. All credit sources were verified and were received as official transcripts.”
The original CreditUnite© request form is valid for 1 year. If you wish to add more credits to your CreditUnite© transcript after 1 year from your original submission of the CreditUnite© request form, you may request an update.
