This FAQ page is here to help you solve some problems on your own so that you don’t have to wait for us to get back to you but rather you can try to solve the problem on your own if it is after support hours or if it is very urgent.

Tech support will usually respond within 12 hours on business days. There is no support on Friday – Sunday.

When emailing tech support, please keep in mind these tips in order to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible:

  1. If you are locked out of one of your accounts, please state which account you are referring to. We get many emails stating “I can’t log into my account”. It is very helpful if you elaborate which account you can’t login to.
  2. In general, the more details you provide about the problem, the quicker and easier it is to solve. When there is a problem with one of your courses, always state what course, what week/Learning Skill, and what assignment you are having trouble with.
  3. If you are getting some sort of error message, it is always a good idea to send a screenshot or at least the exact wording of the error message.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on the Forgotten your username or password? link. Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your college email.

If you forgot your password, unfortunately there is no way for you to reset it yourself. Please reach out to tech.support@woodmontcollege.edu and specify that you are locked out of your webmail.
