Rabbi Joseph Back holds an MA in Archaeology and Land of Israel Studies from Bar Ilan University and
rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Zalman Nechemia Goldberg. He was previously involved in the creation
of the Morasha Syllabus: a comprehensive 120 topic curriculum on the essentials of Judaism. When not
involved with teaching, Rabbi Back travels throughout the land of Israel and the diaspora as a tour guide.
He lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife and children.
