Biography

Yosef holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. After obtaining my Smicha at Hebrew Theological College and obtaining a MEd from Loyola University, he continued to build on his leadership record, and also holds a Jewish Day School /Yeshiva Principals’ Certificate from the Jewish Education Leadership.

Through his psychology training he spent many years training as a doctoral extern, intern, and post- doctoral fellow and performed numerous diagnostic batteries, individual, group, and family therapy, and participated in weekly supervision. He also has supervision experience in several different facilities for children and adolescents, including several years at juvenile detention as well as public and private school settings. Additionally, as a summer camp Program Director and a yeshiva dormitory supervisor for many years he counseled students concerning academic and personal matters, as well as their interactions in the school and dormitory environment.
